Andrew Paul Gilligan (born 22 November 1968) is a British journalist and radio presenter. In 2003, he produced a report on BBC Radio 4's The Today Programme in which he said a British government briefing paper on Iraq and weapons of mass destruction (the September Dossier) had been 'sexed up'.
