It specializes toys, video games and arcades, anime, and amusement parks, including properties such as Tamagotchi, Pac-Man, Power Rangers, and Big Hero 6. The new entity was founded on September 29, 2005. The company has its headquarters in Shinagawa, Tokyo. Their US branch, Bandai Namco Holdings USA, was officially formed on January 6, 2008 and handles the US operations of the company from their headquarters in Cypress, California.
