Ioannis Theofilakis (Theophilakis) (, 1879–1968) was a Greek shooter who competed at five Olympic games, and the 1906 Intercalated Games. He competed at the 1896 Summer Olympics in Athens  He also competed at the 1908 Summer Olympics, the 1912 Summer Olympics, the 1920 Summer Olympics where he won Silver and at the 1924 Summer Olympics.
