The
Segunda Liga (; ), formerly called
Segunda Divisão de Honra (Second Division of Honour, between 1990 and 1999) and
Liga de Honra (League of Honour, between 2005 and 2012), is the
Portuguese second level football league. When the
LPFP took control of the two nationwide levels in 1999, it was renamed "Segunda Liga", before changing it to
Liga de Honra in the 2005–06 season. The name reverted to "Segunda Liga" in the beginning of the 2012–13 season. The current champions are
Tondela.
