The Central District of Tangestan County is a district (bakhsh) in Tangestan County, Bushehr Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 35,259, in 8,134 families. The District has one city: Ahram. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Ahram Rural District and Baghak Rural District.
