Koxinga or Coxinga (a westernization of ) is the honorific title  of Zheng Chenggong a Chinese military leader who was born in Hirado, Japan to the Chinese merchant/pirate Zheng Zhilong and his Japanese wife Tagawa Matsu, and who died on Formosa.
