Masbate City, officially the City of Masbate (Minasbate: Syudad san Masbate; ; ; ), is a fourth class city and capital of the province of Masbate in the Philippines. The only city in the province, it serves as the province's main commercial center and chief seaport. According to the 2010 census, the city has a population of 85,227 people.
