Milka Planinc (; 21 November 1924 – 7 October 2010) was a Yugoslav politician from Croatia. She served as a Prime Minister of Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia from 1982 to 1986, the first women to hold this office. Planinc was also in tern the first female head of government in a widely recognised communist country, with the first in a partially recognized communist country being Khertek Anchimaa-Toka of Tuvan People's Republic, also the first female non hereditary head of state.
