Mir Qazi was a Pakistani assailant involved in the 1993 shootings at CIA Headquarters in Langley, Virginia. In the incident, Kasi killed two CIA employees and wounded another three before fleeing to Pakistan. He was later arrested, returned to the U.S., was a defendant on trial, convicted and in 2002 executed.
