Nakhon Ratchasima , often called Korat (RTGS Khorat, โคราช), is one of the northeast  provinces (changwat) of Thailand. Neighbouring provinces are (clockwise, from north) Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Buriram, Sa Kaeo, Prachinburi, Nakhon Nayok, Saraburi, and Lopburi.
