Patricia A. (Trish) Kaufmann of Lincoln, Delaware, is an expert on the postage stamps and postal history of the Confederate States of America (CSA), and has written numerous articles on the subject. In addition to dealing in the sale of stamps, Ms. Kaufmann and her husband operated a wreck diving charter boat off the mid-Atlantic coast for 15 years.
