Robert J. Delahunty is a law professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. From 1989 to 2003, he worked in the United States Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel. During his tenure there, he cowrote several legal opinions with John Yoo relating to interrogation, detention, and rendition of terror suspects.
