Royal Ascot is a private residential development in Fo Tan, Sha Tin District, Hong Kong. The development consists of two phases, completed in 1995 and 1997 respectively. It was jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (the management right was handed to the MTR Corporation after the Rail Merger). It is located above the MTR Ho Tung Lau Depot.
