Tooele ( ) is a city in Tooele County in the U.S. state of Utah. The population was 22,502 at the 2000 census, and 32,115 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Tooele County. The city is known for Tooele Army Depot and for privately owned waste-disposal facilities in neighboring Skull Valley.
