Uda (, ) is a river in Khabarovsk Krai, in the Russian Far East. It flows into the Sea of Okhotsk near the small town Chumikan. It rises south of the eastern Stanovoy Mountains and flows east, receiving tributaries from the Stanovoys. At the east end of the Stanovoys it receives a "Maya River" (not the other Maya River) from the high country to the northwest and flows about into Uda Bay at the southwest corner of the Sea of Okhotsk near the Shantar Islands.
