Australian Centre for the Moving Image
The Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) is a state-of-the-art facility purpose-built for the preservation, exhibition and promotion of Victorian, Australian and International screen content in all forms. It is located in Federation Square, in MelbourneAustralia. During the 2013-14 financial year, 1.3 million people visited the ACMI, the second-highest attendance of any gallery or museum in Australia, with only the nearby National Gallery of Victoria attracting more, but with two sites.
