The 'Baltimore City Health Department] (BCHD) is the public health agency of the city of Baltimore, Maryland. In collaboration with other city agencies, health care providers, community organizations and funders, BCHD works to "empower Baltimoreans with the knowledge, access, and environment that will enable healthy living."
