Calcium channel, voltage-dependent, L type, alpha 1D subunit (also known as Ca_v1.3) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CACNA1D gene. Ca_v1.3 channels belong to the Ca_v1 family, which form L-type calcium currents and are sensitive to selective inhibition by dihydropyridines (DHP).
