Idaho Department of Correction

The Idaho Department of Correction's (IDOC) mission is to Promote a safer Idaho by reducing recidivism. IDOC is responsible for the incarceration and community supervision of felony offenders in Idaho. The department operates nine prisons, four community release centers and 20 probation and parole offices located throughout the state of Idaho. The agency has its headquarters in Boise.
