Kavajë District

The District of Kavajë was one of the 36 Districts of Albania. The districts were abolished in 2000. Centrally located in the Western Lowlands region of the country, it stretched over an area of . It consisted of 10 municipalities, which contained 67 villages and towns. Its population at the 2001 census was 78,179 inhabitants.
