Liga

LIGA is a German acronym for Lithographie, Galvanoformung, Abformung (Lithography, Electroplating, and Molding) that describes a fabrication technology used to create high-aspect-ratio  microstructures.

Le procédé LIGA ou LIGA-Process, est un procédé utilisé pour la fabrication de microsystèmes, développé vers la fin des années 1970 au Kernforschungszentrum Karlsruhe (KfK). Ce procédé est originellement développé dans le cadre de travaux sur la séparation des isotopes de l'uranium.
