Phyllis Vance

Phyllis Margaret Vance (née Lapin) is a fictional character on the U.S. comedy television series, The Office. She is portrayed by Phyllis Smith, and has no specific counterpart in the British version of the series, instead being an amalgamation of several different office workers.
