Ras Lanuf Oil and Gas Processing Company (Rasco) is a subsidiary of the state-owned National Oil Corporation of Libya (NOC). Rasco operates the Ras Lanuf Refinery.

Keida Brewer (born September 6, 1970), known professionally as Rasco (an acronym for "Realistic, Ambitious, Serious, Cautious, and Organized"), is a rapper from San Francisco, California, United States, whose early recordings were released on Stones Throw Records. He is also a member of the rap group Cali Agents with Planet Asia, and often works with BT.
