Rossiyskiy Futbolny Soyuz), known as RFS, is the official governing body of the sport of soccer in the Russian Federation. With headquarters in Moscow, the FIFA member governs Russia amateur and
professional soccer, including the
men's, women's, youth, beach soccer, futsal and Paralympic national teams. RFS sanctions referees and soccer tournaments for
Russian Premier League and most soccer leagues in Russia.
