Shoe

(1516–1564) was a relative to Honganji Kennyo, and the administrator of Gansho-ji. In the battle between Shoe and Oda Nobunaga, Shoe even sent out Nobunaga's brother Oda Nobuoki to take his own life. In the face of many fierce attacks, he finally accepted defeat and committed suicide.

A shoe is an item of footwear intended to protect and comfort the human foot while doing various activities. Shoes are also used as an item of decoration. A hose is a flexible hollow tube designed to carry fluids from one location to another. Sho, auch scho, syô (jap. ), ist eine Mundorgel, die in der höfischen japanischen Musik (gagaku) gespielt wird. Das Durchschlagzungeninstrument besitzt 17 kurze Bambuspfeifen, die mit einem Ende in einer hölzernen Windkammer stecken, in die durch ein kurzes Mundstück Luft geblasen wird.
