Ust-Nera

Ust-Nera (; ) is an urban locality (an urban-type settlement) and the administrative center of Oymyakonsky District in the Sakha Republic, Russia, located in one of the coldest permanently inhabited regions on Earth, approximately northeast of Yakutsk, the capital of the republic. As of the 2010 Census, its population was 6,463.
