The station is owned by the Fox Television Stations division of 21st Century Fox, and is part of a duopoly with Fox owned-and-operated station WTTG (channel 5). The two stations share studio and transmitter facilities located on Wisconsin Avenue in the Tenleytown section of Washington's northwest quadrant.
