Zero Escape, known in Japan as , is a visual novel adventure video game franchise developed by Spike Chunsoft (formerly Chunsoft). It currently consists of two games: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors and Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward, with a third game, Zero Time Dilemma, planned to be released in 2016. The series is published by Aksys Games in North America, and the second game has been published by Rising Star Games in Europe.
