Estate war eine fünfköpfige Post-Hardcore-Band aus dem oberösterreichischen Linz. Die Band bestand seit 1996, unterzog sich Ende 2003/Anfang 2004 jedoch einem tiefgreifenden Line-Up und Richtungswechsel, der die Ziele der Band, vor allem in musikalischer Hinsicht, neu definierte und von außen betrachtet eine Neugründung ohne Namenswechsel darstellte. Estate stand bei dem Independent-Label Record Of The Year unter Vertrag.

Stationwagen (ook wel stationwagon, stationcar, estate of combi) is de term die meestal wordt gebruikt om een automodel mee aan te duiden met meer ruimte dan het originele model, meestal door de achterzijde van het voertuig verhoogd door te laten lopen tot aan het niveau van de achterbumper. De Franse term voor stationwagen is break (Nederlandse uitspraak: breek, Franse: brèk). De term "combi" wordt in Vlaanderen enkel gebruikt voor politievoertuigen met vijf deuren.

(Été) est une chanson créée en Italie en 1960 par sur sa propre musique avec des paroles de Bruno Brighetti. De nombreux interprètes en ont donné des versions vocales ou instrumentales, notamment sur un rythme de bossa nova. Cette chanson italienne est devenue un standard de jazz international.

L'estate è una delle quattro stagioni dell'anno, con un inizio nel mese di giugno e termine nel mese di settembre (dicembre-marzo nell'emisfero australe). Il termine "estate" deriva dalla parola in latino aestas, col significato di "calore bruciante", a sua volta mutuato da aestus (come il greco aìthos) "calore", con riferimento al caldo fastidioso.
