Even-toed ungulate
The even-toed ungulates (order Artiodactyla) are ungulates (hoofed animals) whose weight is borne approximately equally by the third and fourth toes, rather than primarily by the third toe as are odd-toed ungulates (perissodactyls), such as horses.
