monday

Monday ( or ) is the day of the week between Sunday and Tuesday. According to the traditional Christian, Islamic and Hebrew calendars, it is the second day of the week, and according to international standard ISO 8601 it is the first day of the week. In the West, it is the first day of the work week, whereas in most Muslim countries and Israel, it is the second day of the work week. The name of Monday is derived from Old English Monandæg and Middle English Monenday, which means "moon day".

Der Montag ist der erste Wochentag nach international standardisierter Zählung (ISO 8601/DIN 1355 seit 1976; vorher: Sonntag), nach abrahamitischer (jüdisch-christlich-muslimischer) Zählung der zweite.

El Monday es un río del este de Paraguay, que discurre por los departamentos de Caaguazú y Alto Paraná, hasta su desembocadura en el río Paraná a un kilómetro y medio aguas abajo de la confluencia de este con el río Iguazú, en la Triple Frontera, sobre la ciudad de Presidente Franco. Sus principales afluentes son los ríos Capiibary e Guyraungua. Antes de desembocar en el Paraná, el Monday cae abruptamente en el cañón formado por el Paraná, formando los Saltos del Monday, de más de 40 metros de altura.
