Pleasure describes the broad class of mental states that humans and other animals experience as positive, enjoyable, or worth seeking. It includes more specific mental states such as happiness, entertainment, enjoyment, ecstasy, and euphoria. The early psychological account of pleasure, the pleasure principle, describes it as a positive feedback mechanism, motivating the organism to recreate in the future the situation which it has just found pleasurable and to avoid situations that have caused pain in the past.

Freude ist der Gemütszustand oder die primäre Emotion, die als Reaktion auf eine angenehme Situation oder die Erinnerung an eine solche entsteht. Je nach Intensität äußert sie sich als Lächeln, Lachen oder einem Freudenschrei.

The Pleasure (deutsch: Das Vergnügen) ist eine Britpop-Gruppe aus Deutschland. Sie wurde am 5. März 1995 von Jens Kreuzer, Volker Eck und Ralf Paske gegründet.

Pleasure est un groupe afro-américain de musique aux multiples facettes : jazz, rock, soul, funk et "R&B". Il s'est formé à Portland, (Oregon - USA) probablement en 1972 autour de l'auteur, compositeur et interprète Marlon ''The Magician'' McClain. Il se sépare en 1983, après un changement de maison de disque et le départ du leader Marlon McClain qui se consacre à d'autres projets en groupe ou en solo. Ce dernier devient alors membre d'une nouvelle formation Taxxi.
