Principio
Un principio es una ley o regla que se cumple o debe seguirse con cierto propósito, como consecuencia necesaria de algo o con el fin de lograr un propósito. Las leyes naturales son ejemplos de principios físicos, en matemáticas, algoritmia y otros campos también existen principios necesarios o que se cumplen sin más o que deberían cumplirse si se pretende tener cierto estado de hechos.

Principio
In generale il termine principio indica le basi e i presupposti iniziali su cui si basa o poggia una teoria e che assumono, per convenzione o riconosciuto diritto, validità generale ed universale all'interno della teoria stessa; da esso discendono dunque per deduzione o logica conseguenza, ovvero in maniera coerente al principio stesso, tutta una serie di leggi secondarie che caratterizzano la teoria in questione, oppure viceversa tutte leggi della teoria devono rispettare il principio cardine della stessa per essere inserite all'interno.

Princípio
Princípio (do latim principiu) significa o início, fundamento ou essência de algum fenômeno. Também pode ser definido como a causa primária, o momento, o local ou trecho em que algo, uma ação ou um conhecimento tem origem. Sendo que o princípio de algo, seja como origem ou proposição fundamental, pode ser questionado. Outro sentido possível seria o de norma de conduta, seja moral ou legal. Na filosofia, é uma proposição que se coloca no início de uma dedução e que não é deduzida de nenhuma outra proposição do sistema filosófico em questão.
