Prosody may refer to:

Prosody (früher lxmppd) ist ein plattformunabhängiger XMPP-Server. Selbsterklärtes Ziel bei der Entwicklung ist die einfache Bedienbarkeit, geringe Systemauslastung und Erweiterbarkeit.

Metrum (Mehrzahl „Metren“ oder „Metra“, von griechisch métron ‚Maß‘) bezeichnet:

• in der antiken Verslehre eine Gruppe von zwei bis vier Verselementen, aus deren geregelter Abfolge das Versmaß besteht, siehe Metron
• terminologisch unscharf oft auch ein metrisches Schema, insbesondere ein Versmaß
• die Regelmäßigkeiten von Betonungsmustern in der Musik, siehe Metrum (Musik) und Takt (Musik)

Prosody est un serveur Jabber/XMPP multiplateforme libre de messagerie instantanée  écrit en Lua. Ses vocations sont d'être faible consommateur de ressources, facile à utiliser et modulaire.

D'une manière générale, la prosodie est l'inflexion, le ton, la tonalité, l'intonation, l'accent, la modulation que nous donnons à notre langage oral en fonction de nos émotions et de l'influence que nous désirons avoir sur nos interlocuteurs. En outre, c'est l'étude des traits phoniques, c'est-à-dire l'étude du rythme (vitesse d'élocution), l'accent et l'intonation.

韻律（いんりつ）

• 一般的に、韻文における音の調子。音の時間的リズム、強弱、高低、あるいは長短等によるもの。　→韻律 (韻文)
• 漢詩、特に近体詩における字音上の規則。　→近体詩の規則、平仄、押韻
• 言語学における韻律：発話における強勢、抑揚、リズムなど、場合によって異なり文字で記録されない性質をいう。　→韻律 (言語学)
