Deep Silver Volition (vroeger Volition, Inc.) is een Amerikaans bedrijf dat computerspellen ontwikkelt. Het bedrijf is opgericht in 1996 nadat Parallax Software opgesplitst werd. In 2013 werd Volition verkregen door Koch Media, waardoor hun spellen worden uitgegeven onder het Deep Silver-label, het departement van Koch Media betreffende computerspellen.
