Agglutination (biology)
Agglutination is the clumping of particles. The word agglutination comes from the Latin agglutinare, meaning "to glue." Agglutination occurs if an antigen is mixed with its corresponding antibody called isoagglutinin. This term is commonly used in blood grouping.
