Alizai (Pashtun tribe)
Alizai is a Pashtun tribe indigenous to southern Afghanistan. It belongs to the Panjpai confederation of the larger Durrani tribe of Ahmad Shah Durrani. Alizai is also a name of Baloch tribe in Balochistan.
