Geitastrand is a former municipality in Sør-Trøndelag county, Norway. The municipality of Geitastrand encompassed the coast along the Trondheimsfjord from Orkanger to Agdenes. The district is thinly populated, and has no significant villages. Byneset in Trondheim is located across the Korsfjord. The main village of Geitastrand is located about north of Orkanger and is home to the Geitastrand Church.
