Grace Barnett Slick (née Wing; born October 30, 1939) is an American singer-songwriter, musician, artist and former model, widely known as the first female diva in rock and roll history. Her epic career spanned all or parts of four decades, during which she performed for The Great Society, Jefferson Airplane, Jefferson Starship and Starship. She also had brief stints as a solo performer.
