Gregory Edward Smith (born July 6, 1983) is a Canadian American actor and director. He began working as a child actor in the mid-1980s, initially appearing in several made-for-video and television films. Smith has since appeared in several Hollywood films, and has become best known for his role as Alan Abernathy in Small Soldiers as well as Ephram Brown on the television series Everwood, and more recently as Dov Epstein on Rookie Blue. In 1999 he played Greg in the popular Disney Original Movie
