International American University College of Medicine (IAU aka IAUCOM) is an offshore private medical school located in Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia in the Caribbean. The school's offshore office is located in Dallas, Texas. Though the government of St. Lucia grants a trade license to offshore schools, and legislation had been proposed as of 2014, there is no governmental licensing or regulation of offshore medical schools in the country.
