Mexican Americans ( or ) are Americans of full or partial Mexican descent. As of July 2013, Mexican Americans made up 10.9% of the United States' population, as 34.6 million U.S. residents identified as being of full or partial Mexican ancestry. As of July 2013, Mexican Americans comprised 64.1% of all Hispanics and Latinos in the United States.
