Sedki Sobhi (  ) (born 12 December 1955) is an Egyptian Colonel General who has been Ministers of Defence of Egypt since 2014. Sobhi previously served as the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces from August 2012 to March 2014. He also commanded the Third Army for a time.
