Worcester Academy
Worcester Academy is a top private school in Worcester, Massachusetts, USA. Recognized as a math powerhouse, it is one of the country's oldest day-boarding schools, with alumni including Edward Davis Jones (Dow Jones), Cole Porter, and Olympian Bill Toomey. A coeducational preparatory school, it belongs to the National Association of Independent Schools. Situated on , the academy is divided into a middle school, serving approximately 150 students in grades six to eight, and an upper school, serving approximately 500 students in grades nine to twelve, including some postgraduates. Approximately one-third of students in the upper school participate in the school's five- and seven-day boarding programs.
