Solidus (chemistry)
In chemistrymaterials science, and physics, the solidus is the locus of temperatures (a curve on a phase diagram) below which a given substance is completely solid (crystallized). The solidus is applied, among else, to metal alloysceramics, and natural rocks and minerals.
