Cepelinai

Cepelinai or didžkukuliai (singular: cepelinas) is a national dish of Lithuania. They are a type of dumpling made from grated and riced potatoes and usually stuffed with ground meat, although sometimes dry cottage cheese (curd) or mushrooms are used instead.
