Driver & Vehicle Agency

The Driver and Vehicle Agency (DVA or DVANI) is a government agency of the Northern Ireland Department of the Environment. The agency is responsible for setting and enforcing standards for drivers and vehicles, registering drivers, and the issuing of licences.
