Frithjof Schuon

Frithjof Schuon (; ; June 18, 1907 – May 5, 1998), also known as Isa Nur al-Din Ahmad, was born to German parents in Basel, Switzerland. He was a philosopher, metaphysicist inspired by the Hindu philosophy of Advaita Vedanta, and author of numerous books on religion and spirituality.
