Kevin Chamberlin
Kevin Chamberlin (born November 23,1963) is an American actor and television director. He is best known for his roles as Horton in Seussical, Uncle Fester in The Addams Family, and Bertram Winkle on the Disney Channel Original Series sitcom Jessie.
