Përmet District

The District of Përmet is one of the thirty-six districts of Albania, part of Gjirokastër County. Its population of 22,029 (2010 estimate) includes Aromanian minorities. The district has an area of 930 km². It is in the south-east of the country, and its capital is Përmet. The district consists of the following municipalities:
